I–Cover Solutions was founded in Paris in 1993 by Colin Osborn, a former Metropolitan Police officer stationed at Scotland Yard. The company initially investigated suspicious claims on behalf of Europe’s leading insurance companies, but soon offered a range of investigative services, developing a specialty in anti-counterfeiting and trademark protection investigations.
The company later launched its security consulting practice, providing executive protection, crisis management and other risk mitigation services to companies and people working in an increasingly globalized market.
As the marketplace has evolved, so have our clients’ needs. Increased requests for intelligence about prospective foreign business partners prompted an expansion of the company’s business intelligence, due diligence and corporate compliance programs. In response, the I-Cover Solutions group of companies was formed with new offices in London and Dallas.
