Rose is a seasoned investigator and public records specialist. Rose currently directs the U.S. office of I-Cover Solutions. Her primary duties are managing corporate investigations, including foreign and domestic due diligence, corporate compliance, litigation support and incidences of workplace theft and violence.

A former investigative reporter and Certified Fraud Examiner, Rose knows how to execute every stage of the investigative process, from corralling vital documents and interviewing witnesses to analyzing information with an uncompromising commitment to accuracy. In her current capacity, Rose has developed and managed due diligence and corporate investigations for Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, investment banks and other corporate clients. Rose works routinely with a cross section of corporate management and delivers the facts and information they need to respond to business risks.

During her 10-year journalism career, Rose’s work was recognized by the Press Club of Dallas, the Houston Press Club, the Investigative Reporters and Editors, the Minnesota Press Association and the State Bar of Texas. In 2004 the Texas Supreme Court unanimously ruled in Rose’s favor in a civil lawsuit that gained national attention and set a legal precedent expanding First Amendment protections.

Rose is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Rights. As part of the program, Rose conducted a review of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization procedure for reviewing cases of human rights abuses involving freedom of expression. The results of the review were published in the Human Rights Quarterly.

 
Thomas Korosec
Associate Director of I-Cover Solutions USA, LLC

Tom is the associate director of I-Cover’s U.S. operations, managing its business intelligence investigations and public records research.

Tom began his journalism career in Washington, D.C. at States News Service and later worked as a general assignment reporter for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram before becoming the Dallas Bureau Chief for the Houston Chronicle. In his most recent journalism assignment he covered major business legal news in the Texas and Oklahoma federal courts for Bloomberg News.

During his journalism career Tom has covered a wide range of local, regional and national news. Major assignments have included front-line coverage of the civil war in Nicaragua, the 1993 Waco siege and the Oklahoma City bombing. His coverage of national disasters includes reporting on the landfall of Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath in New Orleans.

Tom has earned major legal and business reporting awards for his investigations into the Texas prisons and criminal justice system. The organizations that have recognized his work include the Associated Press Managing Editors of Texas, Investigative Reporters and Editors, the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Houston Press Club and the Press Club of Dallas. In 1998 his profile of a miniature-golf pro was selected for The Best American Sports Writing, published by Houghton Mifflin Co.

Tom obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University and a Master of Arts with a major in Communications and Pubic Affairs from American University.
Dave Lowe, Director of I-Cover Solutions U.K.

Dave is an international security expert with more than 25 years of experience in law enforcement and private security consulting. He currently serves as Director of Global Operations for I-Cover Solutions, responsible for all aspects of the company’s overseas close protection, investigations and physical security consulting services.

Dave began his law enforcement career in 1986 with the Greater Manchester Police and later joined the Kent Police. As a seasoned detective, he specialized in commercial fraud investigations and major crimes. Dave left police service in 2002 for the private sector, working initially for AIM Ltd. and later the Inkerman Group before joining I-Cover in January 2013.

In his current capacity, Dave manages a wide variety of investigative assignments that highlight his expertise in commercial fraud, money laundering and other corporate investigations. He oversees due diligence inquiries and compliance investigations and has successfully managed cases of kidnap and ransom.

Dave is also a close protection and physical security specialist. In this area, he provides clients with portal-to-portal executive protection services and manages company-wide physical security programs. On-site physical security reviews and travel risk assessments, together with plant closure security advice, planning and application are specialties. This work has involved extensive global travel that has given Dave broad international experience, particularly within the EMEA, Asia and Central America.

Dave is a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds a Diploma in Business Studies from the Business Economic Council.
